Wordsworth!

The first thing that came to my mind when i woke up today was to "update" my status.
And the second was that i had nothing to update. I was blank!
So i was in a dilemma.
I was hurrying up to catch the 8:30 bus and that was when i had my Eureka moment.
And this was my update: "Back to old skool coiffure."

And friends this post is about the word 'coiffure'. Many of you might know the meaning of this word but me and our class teacher in TE did not know it until one day. You see in our 'good not so old' graduation days we would be dying to bunk a lecture and yes just a lecture because bunking a whole day was out of the question.

So one day my friend Swapnil, who was known for his "harmonious" relations with our staff, decided to bunk the rest of the day legally!
I was pretty sure his leave application would end up in the dustbin of our class teacher's cabin. Even then he wrote an application, very confidently and went to hand it over to her.

After a while he came back with a victorious smile on his face. I was puzzled. I asked "How on earth did you pull it off?". He smiled and showed his approved leave application.

It said,

Mam,

I need an emergency leave for the rest of the day the reason being that i have to get my coiffure done. It is absolutely necessary for me to get it done today itself. Any further delay may have some undesired effects on my health.
Please grant me a leave.
Thanking you.
